WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

At this time we are accepting Visa and Mastercard, Paypal

& Offline payments. We can also accommodate installments. With the installment option, orders willt be dispatched
once the balance is paid.

WHEN WILL YOU TAKE PAYMENT FOR MY ORDER?

If you pay by debit or credit card, Paypal we will take payment on the day of your order. If you are paying in installments, the payment schedule will be by prior agreement.

RETURNS

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

If you're not entirely happy with your order, simply return

it to us within 14 days for a replacement or full refund.

Once we have received your return, a refund of your

purchase will be made once it qualifies (not damaged
or marked). When posting, please keep
 the tracking
number and any other relevant shipping information

or request a free certificate of postage to ensure proof

of postage in the unlikely event that we do not receive

your return parcel.

* Please note that refunds may take up to 10 business

days to show on your account due to varying processing

times between payment providers.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE READY?

All prints are dispatched in 3-4 working days.

Custom prints my take longer.

WHERE IS MY ORDER SHIPPED FROM?

All of our products are shipped from IRELAND. 

​

HOW IS MY ORDER DELIVERED?

We ship unframed print orders in a heavy-duty

postal tube by An Post Ireland's national carrier.

​

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?

For overseas orders, we ship unframed prints orders

by An Post. If your order is being shipped outside 

IRELAND it may be liable to local taxes or duties.

Any such charges are your responsibility.

DO YOU DELIVER TO P.O BOXES?

We do not deliver to P.O Boxes at this time.

​

LOST PACKAGES?

Please check with your neighbours to see if the package

was left there. Contact your local post office to see if it

has been left at a pick up point.
